KwaZulu-Natal’s strategic geographic position on world trade routes has linked Durban and surrounds to major global markets including the Americas, Europe, the Middle East, the Far East as well as the African continent. Durban handles close to 5 000 commercial vessels a year, the highest number in South Africa, which translates into an impressive 74 million tonnes of cargo a year.
It makes sense, then, that there should be a thriving market culture for you to enjoy – all in reasonable proximity to Casa Playa.
