From Friday 15 December 2017 to Sunday 7 January 2018 the casino’s iZulu Theatre will be hosting an exciting new production – Tina: Simply the Best – which will rock you all the way back to the 60s by recreating the powerful and energetic vocals and stage presence of Tina Turner.

Directed by Showtime Australia’s John Van Grinsven, “this live rendition features all the popular tracks that had audiences standing in their seats as well as the soulful and rhythmic blues numbers that had everyone belting their hearts out.”
In the span of two-hours, audience members will experience flashing lights, dazzling dancers, nostalgia beyond words and a world-class backing live band that will perform over 15 of Turner’s most popular tracks. The songstress’s greatest hits such as What’s Love Got to Do with It, River Deep – Mountain High, Proud Mary, (Simply) The Best, Nutbush City Limits and more will be included in the show.
Taking on the persona of the Queen of Rock will be South African-born Caroline Borole. The professional entertainer will be centre stage conquering Turner’s outrageously famous twirling dance moves as well as tackling her trademark growls, grunts and raspy vocals.
